The staff of the municipal enterprise «Housing and Utility Service «Cheryomushki» is constantly working to enhance the conditions of the yards they manage.
They perform cleaning twice a day, including sweeping, emptying trash bins, and other necessary tasks.
The utility team also engages in grass cutting, tree trimming, and the care of flower beds and lawns around the serviced buildings.
Additionally, specialists from «Housing and Utility Service «Cheryomushki» carry out repairs on essential systems upon residents' requests, such as replacing pipes and fixing electrical systems.
Since the beginning of October, the enterprise’s employees have conducted maintenance work on the elevator system at the address: Ovidiopolskaya Road, 6, and repaired the central heating pipes in the basements of buildings at the addresses: Cosmonauts Street, 66 and Y. Tantsyuri Street (Gen. Petrova), 7/1. They also completed preparatory work for the heating season for buildings at Filatova Street, 66, Novikov Street, 17, and Cosmonauts Street, 19/1.
At residents' requests, partial roof repairs were also carried out at the following addresses: Ivan and Yuri Lip Street, 76, Varnenskaya Street, 14/2, Y. Tantsyuri Street (Gen. Petrova), 45, Filatova Street, 37, and I. Rabin Street, 29.
Furthermore, the utility service performed maintenance and repairs on drainage systems at the address: St. Richter, 148/1, replaced an automatic switch in the switchboard at the address: Cosmonauts Street, 28, and checked sewer manholes at addresses: I. Rabin 5, 22, and 57, cleaning the sewer outlet at Radisna Street, 23, and restoring the sewer pipeline at Filatova Street, 48.
