A new fraud scheme using the name «Ukrposhta» has emerged in Ukraine.

This warning comes from the Center for Counteracting Disinformation under the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.

Users are receiving suspicious messages about parcels asking them to verify their delivery address via a provided link.

If you receive such a notification, do not click on it!

«Under no circumstances should you click on such links or enter your information, as scammers can gain access to your personal data».

How to Identify Scammers: Tips from «Ukrposhta»

«Ukrposhta» has stated that they do not send messages from unknown numbers.

The company emphasizes that any extra punctuation marks are indicators of fraud.

«Any additional dashes, commas, periods, or extra letters signify fraud. Furthermore, we do not communicate from «unknown» numbers. Do not provide your banking details or share information with strangers», the statement reads.
