On December 12, 2024, the first stage of the All-Ukrainian competition 'Source of Creativity' took place in Odesa in the nomination 'Club Leader' focusing on military-patriotic and artistic- aesthetic education (musical profile).
Participants presented their educational achievements through annotations on 'My Teaching Experience', organization of mass events, and planning club activities.
Additionally, club leaders shared their pedagogical beliefs, showcasing their expertise in methodology, psychology, and innovative teaching approaches, capturing children's interest in developing their creative abilities.
The city jury identified the winners of the first stage of the competition 'Source of Creativity', who will receive diplomas from the Department of Education and Science of the Odesa City Council:
