The adaptive athletes team from Odessa excelled at a major sports festival in Dnipro called "Active Parks with MHP: Dnipro Run".
This project aims to create favorable conditions for the development of active leisure, adaptive sports, and the enhancement of sports services. A unique aspect of the event was the inclusion of all willing participants, including adaptive athletes. The event was organized as part of the President of Ukraine's program "Active Parks" with the support of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine.
The races were held in the following categories:
- Adult runs — 1 km, 5 km, 10 km
- Nordic walking — 5 km
- Children's races — 100 m, 300 m, 500 m
Our athletes represented Odessa with pride and achieved amazing results:
- Valeriy Holodok completed the 10 km distance,
- Vitaliy Tsvil and Danilo Borodich ran 5 km each
