The Universal Reading Room of the Centralized City Library System for Children in Odessa has launched an exciting new project for book and film enthusiasts called «Book in Frame».

In honor of the birthday of the renowned Ukrainian author Vladimir Rutkivsky, winner of the T.G. Shevchenko National Prize, children's libraries in Odessa have kicked off the «Book in Frame» project.

The film adaptation of Rutkivsky's work «The Watchman's Outpost» has captured the attention of audiences in Ukraine and Europe alike. This film tells a story of Ukrainian history intertwined with modern elements. As part of the project, readers of children's libraries will have the opportunity to watch this film and discuss their impressions afterward.

Everyone interested is invited to participate in the screening and discussion:
