Odessa lifeguards are surveying the local beaches.

A summer getaway by the Black Sea is simply unbeatable. To increase the number of official beaches, inspections are currently underway.

Recently, Odessa lifeguards inspected the central beaches set to open.

They checked lifeguard stations, availability of boats, rescue rings, and first aid kits, assessed the accessibility of nearby shelters, and conducted informational sessions with vacationers.

After the inspections, the specialists from the State Emergency Service provide safety recommendations for the beaches to government authorities, who make the final decisions regarding their opening.

We are doing everything for your safety, and all you have to do is follow our advice!

Do not enter the water while intoxicated — it poses a threat to your life!
