In Odesa, the staff of the municipal enterprise «Odesmisksvitlo» are working to restore the external lighting network on the Health Trail, which was damaged due to vandalism.

Law enforcement has documented the theft of automatic switches, damage to cable lines, and the theft of terminal box covers from poles. This has disrupted internet connectivity and surveillance camera operations.
