On the night of July 24, a residential building on Alexander Kutuzakiy Street suffered severe damage due to an enemy attack: three floors of the second entrance — 6, 7, and 8 — completely collapsed, and load-bearing walls, staircases, and ceilings were damaged.

A technical inspection of the building revealed that its condition is critically unstable — gradual vertical sagging of the ceiling slabs was observed.

The Commission on Technogenic and Ecological Safety and Emergency Situations declared the second entrance to be in an emergency state — there is a risk of partial collapse. All residents of the building were evacuated. They were offered temporary accommodation with relatives, friends, or in community centers.

Until the structure is stabilized, staying in the building is life-threatening. A round-the-clock security presence has been established to prevent human casualties and loss of property.
