On October 8, 2025, an extraordinary session of the Odesa City Council convened to discuss financial aid for those affected by recent severe weather.
The council members unanimously approved the allocation of funds to assist victims of the storm.
Amendments were made to the City’s Social Services Program, increasing funding by 126.28 million UAH for the year 2025.
This funding will be directed to district administrations for the distribution of material aid to individuals impacted by the extreme rainfall on September 30.
Victims are encouraged to contact their district administrations to apply for assistance.
Amount of aid:
- for apartments in multi-story buildings — up to 87,600 UAH;
- for private houses — up to 189,900 UAH.
