Odesa has joined the national meeting of ambassadors for accessibility. The inaugural meeting took place in Kyiv, gathering ambassadors committed to making a positive change in the country.
The event was opened by Ukraine's First Lady, Olena Zelenska, along with Deputy Prime Minister Oleksii Kuleba and representatives from UNICEF and the Presidential Council.
Valentyna Khoruzha, an ambassador for the national project "Movement Without Barriers," represented Odesa at the event, sharing insights on creating accessible spaces and collaborating with other regions.
"I am proud to be part of a team that is transforming our country for the better," said Valentyna Khoruzha.
The "Movement Without Barriers" project is a flagship initiative by the Ministry of Community Development, encompassing 15 pilot communities where accessible routes to essential social facilities are being established.
