The Municipal Enterprise «Miskzelentrest» is actively engaged in planting tulips in Odesa. This autumn, the city received over 98,000 tulips of various colors from the Embassy of Ukraine in the Netherlands. The project is managed by the K.U. «Grant Office «Odesa 5T».
Currently, the gardeners are working at multiple sites.
In Istanbul Park, around 3,700 tulips are being planted to beautify a new flowerbed designed in the shape of a heart, which will feature colors of the Odesa flag.
Floral patterns with tulips will also adorn the area near the Regional State Administration, where approximately 3,000 flowers are being planted.
Planting efforts continue in other green zones of the city. In Shevchenko Park alone, 10,200 tulip bulbs have already been planted.
A significant number of tulips are planned for planting in the city center, near the administrations, at the Tenth of April Square, as well as in Odesa's parks and squares.
