Employees of the Municipal Enterprise 'ZKS Chornomorsky' work daily to maintain cleanliness and order in the yards.
Twice a day, the cleaning staff perform tasks such as emptying trash bins, cleaning the grounds of litter, and other essential duties.
As part of their routine operations, the enterprise also takes care of the greenery around the buildings, including lawn mowing and flower care.
Upon residents' requests, specialists can carry out repairs of life-support systems in the buildings.
Every Wednesday and Thursday, technical inspections of buildings, repair of engineering networks, and sanitary works like tree pruning are conducted.
In October, the municipal workers were active at the following addresses: Yaroslav Mudryi Ave., 5, 34, 34a, 36, 13, and 25; Ak. Koroleva St. 42, 118/2, 76/2, 81/3, 45/1, 53/1, 58, and 104/1; Hlodan Family St., 6/1, 23, 13, 15, 17, and 27; E. Chikalenka St., 75, 77, and 52/4; Lustdorf Road, 176 and 178.
Additionally, they replaced two sewage outlets and restored paving after the sewer replacement, painted benches and bins, and prepared for the installation of a new elevator.
The 'ZKS Chornomorsky' has purchased LED lights, which are being installed in the building entrances.
This week, employees participated with other municipal workers in eliminating the consequences of enemy shelling.
