The employees of the Municipal Enterprise «Miskzelentrest» work daily to maintain the proper greenery condition in the parks and squares of the city, as well as engage in the greening of Odesa.
Currently, the team is focused on autumn tasks: trimming bushes and conifers, watering flower beds and young trees, creating planting holes, mowing lawns, removing dry branches, loosening the soil, and other essential activities.
Additionally, in all parks and squares, the workers regularly clean the areas: sweeping paths, emptying bins, and removing litter from green spaces.
Fallen leaves are cleared only from the lawns by the paths to maintain a tidy appearance. In other parts of green spaces, fallen leaves are left as they foster the development of soil microflora and fauna.
About 170 workers participate in these activities daily. The operation utilizes 29 units of special equipment, including washing trucks and JAC passenger trucks.
