The Mayor of Odesa, Hennadiy Trukhanov, announced the launch of the new «Tatra» trams:
«Starting tomorrow, modern multi-section «Tatra» trams will operate on route No. 3, financed through a loan from the European Investment Bank.
Eight new trams will run from the 11th station of Lustdorf Road to the infectious disease hospital on Pasteur Street with a 15-minute interval.
Once the renovation of the inclusive route "North-South" is completed, all 13 trams of this model will be in service on route No. 7.
Additionally, for greater convenience, we have extended the route of tram No. 27. It will now run from the Fish Port to the Old Square with a 7-minute interval.
Every step takes us closer to a modern, comfortable, and convenient city. We will continue our efforts».
