The first floor of the Primary Health Care Center No. 4 in Odessa has been renovated, featuring a reception area and lobby designed for patient comfort from the start.

Located on Levitan Street, the Consultative Diagnostic Center No. 20 offers a broad range of medical services to residents of the Kyiv District and all Odessans.

Odessa Mayor Gennady Trukhanov visited the facility to assess compliance with modern accessibility standards. The reception area is equipped for wheelchair users, includes Braille signage, and accessible restrooms.

The entrance to the medical facility was updated earlier to ensure barrier-free access, including a compliant ramp.

This year, an outpatient rehabilitation department equipped with modern facilities was opened in the Primary Health Care Center No. 4, staffed by a multidisciplinary team of specialists.

Since its opening, 120 patients have completed outpatient rehabilitation at no cost as part of the state medical guarantee program.

Mayor Gennady Trukhanov spoke with veterans receiving treatment at the center, who praised the high level of rehabilitation services and the professionalism of the staff.

The center also houses a Mental Health Center and an Integrated Support Center, which provide comprehensive psychosocial and psychological assistance, legal consulting, and social worker services.

“We are creating modern conditions in city medical facilities where patients feel comfortable and medical staff can work efficiently,” emphasized Mayor Gennady Trukhanov.
