On August 31, the stunning cycling event Odesa Grand Prix took place in Odesa, solidifying its role as a key part of the city's cultural heritage.
This year, the Odesa Grand Prix attracted cycling fans from the Republic of Moldova, Mykolaiv, Lviv, Nemyriv, and Zaporizhzhia to participate in the races.
On the second day of the competition, Odesa hosted the championship for sprint cycling, known for its fierce competition and exhilarating atmosphere.
Among the winners across various age categories were local cyclists: Oleg Ivankov (Atlet CG), Andriy Pyrkh, Yuriy Anderson, Yuriy Smirnov, Andriy Hladkyi, Andriy Shvets, Serhiy Lychko, Hryhoriy Bayrak, Mykola Vakhrameiev, Vladislav Salkov, Yuriy Smirnov (Project 13), and Hryhoriy Savenko.
