The municipal enterprise «Odessa City Light» has completed restoration work on the street lighting network at S. Yadov Street, 24, Odessa.
The electricians replaced a damaged pole that was deteriorating at its base.
Specialists conducted the dismantling of the old pole and the installation of a new one. They also connected a new lamp and cable line.
Since the beginning of the year, Odessa City Light has replaced 24 damaged poles.
The replacement of poles is a labor-intensive process, requiring specialized equipment (cranes).
Odessa City Light specialists regularly perform maintenance on street lighting in the city’s streets, parks, and squares, as well as address emergency situations.
Regular inspections of street lighting objects are carried out to identify damaged or malfunctioning elements and acts of vandalism.
Electricians also work on cable rewiring, replacing outdated lamps and brackets, trimming tree branches, and resolving emergency situations.
