Google has unveiled a set of new artificial intelligence capabilities for its Workspace users, aimed at enhancing document management. One of the most intriguing features is the ability to create podcasts directly from Google Docs content.
This function was initially introduced in NotebookLM in the fall of 2024 but was previously unavailable in Ukraine. Now, it will be accessible to Workspace users globally. The AI will not only read the text aloud but will also generate a podcast featuring two hosts discussing the document's content.
While Google has yet to announce the supported languages, the feature is expected to roll out shortly.
Additionally, a new function called Help me refine will soon be available, acting as a personal AI editor that offers suggestions on how to enhance written content. This feature is set to launch within this quarter.
Moreover, Google Sheets will introduce a new function called Help me analyze, enabling Gemini to analyze data within spreadsheets, generate illustrative charts, and identify trends. This feature is anticipated to be available by the end of 2025.
