From August 6 to 21, 2025, a survey was conducted in the mobile application MISTO titled «What new digital services would you like to see in the MISTO app? (your priority)».

The survey results revealed that Odessa residents primarily want to see the following services: 
• public transport movement information — 19%;
• fare payment options — 16%.

Digital transport services are coming soon to MISTO!

Next in popularity are: 
• ticket purchases (zoos, museums, etc.) — 12%;
• partner services (train and bus tickets, concerts, shows) — 10%.

Equal votes (8% each) were received for: 
• contacting your district representative; 
• tourist routes with audio guides.

Second to last place (7%) was taken by: 
• medical services (doctor appointments, medical services); 
• utility bill payments (heat, water, gas, electricity, garbage).

Odessa residents gave the least priority to: 
• accessibility maps and barrier-free routes; 
• parking fine payments.

We will work to implement these services in the MISTO app. Stay updated on the survey results and enjoy convenient services in MISTO.
