In November, 11th-grade students from secondary schools in Odesa participated in a first aid training course organized by the «Training Center «SAR».
The sessions were held at the Municipal Institution «Service Office «Veteran Hub» (Primorsky, Khadyjibey and Kyiv districts) and Odesa Lyceum No. 40 (Peresyp district).
The training program consisted of two phases: theoretical and competitive. During the theoretical phase, students learned cardiopulmonary resuscitation, how to respond to knife wounds, and how to clear airway obstructions. The competitive phase involved teamwork in practical tasks to reinforce the skills acquired.
Upon completion of the training, participants received certificates.
This training is a crucial step in preparing students for the city competition «Young Paramedic», aimed at developing practical skills, teamwork, and fostering responsible youth.
