On August 24th, a concert was held on the famous Deribasivska street in Odesa to celebrate Ukraine's Independence Day.

The festive program included Ukrainian folk songs, contemporary hits, English-language compositions, and even rock tunes.

This musical palette symbolizes Ukraine's openness to the world, its dialogue with other cultures while maintaining pride in its own traditions. True independence means preserving what is unique while freely interacting with the entire world.

The concert featured the Black Sea Orchestra of the Odesa Municipal Music Theater, conducted by Olesya Pistova, with soloists Anastasia Buynytska, Yuliya Borza, Tetiana Ihnatenko, and Aliya Digulyar.

Other participants included the Odesa City Center for Choreographic Arts (led by Yukhym Kogan), the Military Academy Concert Orchestra (Odesa) conducted by Yaroslav Meda, with soloists Anna Haluzinska, Oleksandr Nesterenko, and Oleksiy Havryliak, as well as the Nana Kritsak Band.
