Starting from September 3, 2025, renovation works for landscaping elements and shoreline reinforcement will begin in the area from the building at Novoberezhna St., 90/51 to the Arcadia beach, 10.
To ensure safety during the reinforcement works, pedestrian and bicycle traffic will be temporarily closed on the section of the Health Trail from traverse No. 2 to the «Marine Symphony» residential complex, with appropriate signage installed.
Traffic will be redirected from Arkadiyskaya Alley along the upper level of the embankment, then through the adjacent territory of the «Marine Symphony» residential complex, exiting to the Health Trail (as per the scheme).
Currently, the shoreline protection complex is not fulfilling its function due to prolonged exposure to the open waters of the Black Sea, resulting in structural damage.
The works on the specified coastal section will be carried out in segments of 30-50 m. To ensure a comfortable stay for vacationers, the transportation of construction materials and debris will be conducted at night (from 9 PM to 8 AM).
According to the contract with the contracting organization, the planned completion date for the works is December 31, 2026. However, if there are no frequent extreme weather conditions in winter, the contractor aims to finish by the end of May 2026.
