The DiiA platform has reintroduced the unique ‘eBaby’ service, allowing parents to swiftly process up to nine state services with a single application.
In this regard, the Odessa City Council’s Administrative Services Center is resuming the acceptance of documents for the comprehensive electronic public service ‘eBaby’.
Parents can apply for this service if:
- the child does not yet have a birth certificate;
- the child was born in a medical institution in Ukraine;
- the parents are citizens of Ukraine.
The following documents are required for the application:
- marriage certificate (if available),
- passports of both parents,
- TIN (Tax Identification Number) of both parents,
- UDR (Unique State Demographic Register Number) of at least one parent,
- electronic medical birth statement or medical birth certificate (form No. 103/o),
- certificate of refusal to receive the one-time natural assistance “Baby Package” from the maternity hospital,
- bank social account number of the child’s benefit recipient (the parent on parental leave),
- a card from “PrivatBank”,
- special account for the “Baby Package” (if refusing the natural assistance “Baby Package”).
To receive this comprehensive service, parents of newborns must make a preliminary appointment in the electronic queue.
