The Department of Administrative Services of the Odessa City Council announces that modern inclusive self-service information terminals have been installed in all branches of the city’s Administrative Services Centers (ASC).

The primary goal of implementing these terminals is to ensure equal opportunities for all categories of citizens and to create barrier-free access to administrative services. This new equipment is particularly crucial for individuals with disabilities who use wheelchairs and for visitors with visual impairments.

With the help of these information terminals, users can:

  • schedule an appointment;
  • leave feedback about the services received;
  • access the «DiiA» portal and the Unified State Web Portal of Electronic Services.
  • The terminal interfaces are user-friendly and adapted for wheelchair users and individuals with visual impairments.

This is another step towards digitalization and enhancing the accessibility of administrative services for all segments of the population.
