During a meeting of the Odesa City Council, 16 decisions on compensation for owners of destroyed housing on Prince Yaroslav the Wise Avenue and Skisna Street were approved.
According to the commission's resolution, the building on Skisna Street has been declared unfit for restoration and will be demolished. All 18 apartments are eligible to submit documents for compensation for their destroyed property.
Today, the executive committee approved 13 decisions, with a total compensation amount exceeding 18.3 million hryvnias, while 5 more apartments are still in the process of document preparation. Regarding Prince Yaroslav the Wise Avenue, 4 apartments have been recognized as destroyed, of which 3 have already submitted applications for compensation totaling nearly 6.7 million hryvnias.
«These decisions provide the basis for obtaining housing certificates under the state program eRecovery. In the future, residents of the destroyed apartments will be able to reserve funds and purchase new housing», - noted Odesa Mayor Hennadiy Trukhanov.
