According to the forecast, significant rain, thunderstorms, and wind gusts of 15–20 m/s are expected in Odesa and the surrounding areas on October 8–9.
Transport update regarding the municipal electric transport as of the morning of October 8:
Tram routes No. 18 and No. 20 are temporarily out of service (route taxis are operating on their routes).
Due to the temporary halt of tram N18, transportation is provided by bus route No. 18-k from the 11th to the 16th station of the Great Fountain. Departures from the 11th station are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (running hourly). A bus is operating on this route today.
Tram route No. 7 has resumed operation.
It follows the route: 28th Brigade St. — 11th station of Lustdorf Road.
As of 07:00, the city roads are clear for travel.
Reported flooding:
- 15 Nalivna St. — the roadway is flooded, but traffic continues;
- Yarmarkovy Lane — flooded, but traffic is maintained.
Emergency crews from the municipal enterprise “City Roads” are working to clear the storm drains.
