The municipal enterprise «Housing and Communal Services «Black Sea» carried out significant renovations in the buildings it manages in 2024.
A total of 778 requests from residents were processed.
As per residents' requests, specialists from «HCS Black Sea» performed various maintenance tasks for the essential systems, including: roof repairs – 510 sq.m; replacement of drainage pipes and domestic sewage pipes – 365 m; electrical work (replacement of electric cables) – 610 m; replacement of sewer outlets – 108 m; repairs of stairwells in 8 buildings – 1230 sq.m; repairs of pavements in 9 buildings – 94 sq.m; installation of mailboxes in 4 buildings.
Additionally, in preparation for the heating season, current repairs of central heating systems were carried out in 167 residential buildings – 340 m, with 83 valves replaced.
Moreover, the enterprise’s janitors maintain order in the adjacent territories daily. Cleaning operations (sweeping yards and sidewalks, emptying bins, collecting litter, washing garbage containers, etc.) are performed twice a day.
The municipal workers also mow grass, prune trees, collect fallen leaves, and tend to flowerbeds and lawns around the serviced buildings. They participate in citywide clean-up days when necessary, clear illegal dumps, and address the aftermath of hostile attacks.
