Odesa has welcomed humanitarian buses donated by its twin cities, Regensburg and Istanbul. These comfortable low-floor Mercedes buses operate on main routes, linking essential social facilities including healthcare institutions, social services, humanitarian aid points, as well as the train station and bus terminals.
The first four municipal buses are already in service on the route «Train Station - 28th Brigade Street» with a frequency of every 20 minutes.
Additionally, the city has launched two more social routes: «Sviatoslav Richter Street – Dihtyarna Street» and «Tyraspol Highway (Two Pillars) – Dihtyarna Street». Each route is served by two buses with a frequency of 1 hour.
The routes operate from 06:30 to 20:00, particularly during rush hours.
The buses provide access to all social directions in the city and are free for residents.
