The assault resulted in destruction of residential buildings, infrastructure, and construction sites. 
Preliminary reports indicate that a woman was injured and taken to the hospital, while another woman was rescued and is in stable condition.
As of 06:26, three individuals have been reported injured, with the number rising to 22 by 09:11, including 14 who received on-site assistance. 
Significant destruction has occurred, with several apartment buildings and private homes affected. 
Large-scale fires erupted as a result of the strikes, damaging a church and a kindergarten in the city center. 
Emergency services are actively rescuing people from trapped locations, including children. Many residents have been evacuated. 
The most critical situation is in the Khadyzhbey district, where part of a residential building has collapsed, and people may be trapped under the debris. 
Search and rescue operations are ongoing without pause. 
Emergency teams and operational headquarters are working on-site.
