The municipal enterprise «Vuzivskyi Housing and Communal Service» has completed significant repair works in its buildings in 2024.
At the request of residents, specialists performed the following maintenance work: roof repairs covering 2640 sq. m; replaced 280 running meters of downpipes; replaced 50 window blocks in elevator machine rooms and stairwells; renovated elevator machine rooms covering 2920 sq. m; facade repairs totaling 1764 sq. m; heating system repairs covering 480 running meters; cold water supply repairs covering 432 running meters; drainage system repairs covering 528 running meters; electrical supply repairs covering 623 running meters; and replaced 329 light fixtures in the buildings.
Additionally, the janitors maintain cleanliness in the surrounding areas daily, with cleaning operations conducted twice a day (sweeping yards and sidewalks, emptying bins, collecting litter, washing trash bins, etc.).
Moreover, the municipal workers take care of mowing grass, trimming trees, cleaning fallen leaves, and maintaining flowerbeds and lawns around the serviced buildings. They also participate in citywide cleanup events as needed, addressing illegal dumpsites and the aftermath of emergencies.
