The employees of the municipal enterprise «Service Center» maintain the sanitary and operational condition of the water wells, ponds in Victory Park, mobile shelters, city fountains, and monumental art monuments that are not architectural landmarks, as well as the adjacent areas throughout the year. During winter, when the fountains are 'asleep', specialists regularly perform preventive maintenance on fountain equipment.
Approximately 165 specialists from the enterprise work daily on the streets of Odesa. The municipal workers carry out cleaning of the assigned objects and territories, mowing grass, washing monuments and fountain bowls, and maintaining and repairing all subordinate facilities as necessary.
Currently, the enterprise is responsible for: 16 water well complexes; 27 fountains; a hydraulic engineering complex of ponds within the territory of Victory dendropark; 21 public restrooms, including those adapted for persons with disabilities; 45 monumental art objects that are not part of cultural heritage; 4 landscaping elements at the entrances to Odesa; 149 fire water reservoirs; a panoramic lift located on Primorsky Boulevard; 92 civil protection shelters and 6 primary (mobile) shelters.
