A women's career hub called «Vona» operates in Odesa. This project is designed to assist women who have suffered from domestic or gender-based violence in securing employment or starting their own businesses.
By contacting the «Vona» hub, women can:
- schedule a free and confidential consultation with a career advisor for personalized job search support;
- receive individual consultations with a psychologist or counselor, referred by the career advisor, for support during job placement and adjustment to a new workplace;
- access free professional courses that provide new knowledge and skills, as well as training and webinars aimed at developing professional and communication skills.
«Vona Hub. Odesa» is a collaborative project of the Odesa City Council and the UN Population Fund in Ukraine.
