The Friedehorst Foundation located in Bremen is renowned for its long-standing commitment to supporting people with disabilities of all ages, as well as the elderly. This organization serves as a model for a comprehensive approach to providing social services, rehabilitation, and adaptation.

During our visit, we explored the operations of various departments within the foundation, particularly those focusing on care for individuals with disabilities, rehabilitation programs for both children and adults, and modern methods of supporting the elderly.

This experience is incredibly valuable for the Odesa region as we seek to enhance accessibility and create conditions for the social integration of all population categories. We discussed potential collaboration in experience exchange, implementation of modern rehabilitation technologies, and the creation of training programs for professionals working with individuals with disabilities.

We also paid particular attention to issues related to the development of long-term strategies for supporting socially vulnerable groups that could be adapted to our region's conditions.

We are grateful to our colleagues at Friedehorst for their openness and willingness to share their insights. Such collaboration is a significant step towards improving the quality of life for residents of the Odesa region.
