New Horizons for Online State Services: E-Services in Ukraine
The Ukrainian government has approved a new digitalization plan, engaging 25 state authorities, including the Ministry of Digital Transformation, to transition services to an online format by 2026.
The goal is to ensure accessibility of services for all Ukrainians: without paperwork, queues, and bureaucracy.
Digitalization is planned for over 30 different sectors, such as education, healthcare, social protection for veterans, as well as construction and customs services. Among the innovations are the ability to take driving exams remotely and online registration for divorce. Customs procedures will also be simplified to reduce corruption risks.
The Ministry of Digital Transformation continues its efforts towards digitalization to simplify access to state services, reduce the time required to obtain them, and minimize bureaucracy. Our goal is to make the state more digital and convenient for citizens.
