In a tragic event on the Bakhmut front, soldier Dmitry Yaremchuk from Odesa has lost his life while fulfilling a combat mission. He was 44 years old. The farewell ceremony will take place on April 4th.
The community of Yuzhne reported that Sergeant Dmitry Yaremchuk served as a machine gunner in the mechanized battalion of military unit A0666. He was killed on March 4th this year during a combat operation near the settlement of Pivnichne in the Bakhmut district of Donetsk region.
"We extend our heartfelt condolences to Dmitry's family, relatives, and comrades. Eternal memory to the Defender of Ukraine, who gave his life for our homeland!"
April 4th has been declared a day of mourning in the community. We ask everyone to lower the national flags on buildings and structures in the community."
