On April 3, 2025, during a session of the Accessibility Council, Odesa's mayor, Hennadiy Trukhanov, unveiled a new city digital platform named MISTO.
This innovative platform aims to simplify access to various city services and improve communication between the local authorities and residents.
Participants at the event explored the key features of the platform. Among them are accessibility tools that are currently available, as well as services that are in development.
Particular emphasis was placed on the development of the “Accessibility Map,” which is currently being actively created. Expert groups from the Accessibility Council will provide verified information to the Department of Information and Digital Solutions about accessible services, infrastructure facilities, educational institutions, and healthcare establishments, as well as leisure elements for mapping.
