The State Service of Geology and Subsoil of Ukraine has announced the launch of the National Register of Special Permits for subsoil use.
This was reported by the press service of the State Geology Service.
The Register contains information about:
- the date, duration, and grounds for issuing a special permit for subsoil use,
- extensions and amendments made to the permit,
- type and purpose of subsoil use,
- information about the subsoil area,
- source of funding for the works planned by the subsoil user (public or private funds),
- special conditions, information about the owner, and approvals for granting the permit,
- data on agreements regarding the terms of subsoil use or product-sharing agreements, and more.
According to the State Geology Service, the special permit for subsoil use is issued in the form of an electronic extract from the Register. The information contained in the extract is current and accurate as of the date it is generated.
The Register operates around the clock, except during preventive or technical works.
During the martial law period, access to the resource is temporarily restricted, except for law enforcement agencies, government bodies, and local self-government.
According to the head of the State Geology Service, Oleg Hotsynets, preparations are underway to implement state registers for artesian, oil, and gas wells.

Through the "DiiA" app, one can submit an application to the Register of Damages for compensation for emotional distress and suffering due to the disappearance of a close family member.
Ukrainians affected by Russian aggression since February 24, 2022, can now submit six additional categories of claims for compensation to the International Register of Damages via "DiiA".
The "DiiA" app has added an extract from the Register of Damaged and Destroyed Property — regarding the fact of housing destruction or a submitted application for eRecovery.
