A new children's day care center named «Bessarabian Fortress» will launch in Bessarabsk. This center will provide a safe environment for children aged 5 to 14 years from large, displaced, and vulnerable families. This news was shared by the Bessarabsk Village Council of the Bolhrad District.

At the center, children can not only play and learn but also receive support from a psychologist and a speech therapist, prepare for school, and meet new friends—all in a gadget-free environment.

The project is being implemented with the support of the international charity organization SOS Children's Villages Ukraine, as part of the «Emergency Assistance Program», in collaboration with the NGO «Culture of Democracy» and the Bessarabsk Village Social Services Center.

While children are under the care of educators, parents will have the opportunity to focus on their own needs—finding jobs, visiting doctors, or addressing other concerns.

Special meetings for parents are also planned at the center to help them better understand their children, support them, and build trusting relationships.

«Bessarabian Fortress» represents a significant step towards a stronger community through caring for children and their future.
