A railway worker was killed in Odesa due to a Russian attack, which also damaged railway tracks and three freight cars.

According to UZ: "Last night, Odesa and its railway infrastructure were targeted by hostile fire. Fortunately, there were no casualties at work, but sadly, the attack claimed the life of a railway worker in his home".

Details: One section of the railway was also damaged due to the Russian strike. Specifically, the tracks, overhead lines, and three freight cars were affected.

"Railway workers are conducting emergency recovery operations to ensure freight trains can operate smoothly to the ports. Currently, they are taking alternative routes. Passenger trains are running on schedule," – summarised Ukrzaliznytsia.
