On Safer Internet Day, an international workshop titled «Education in the Spotlight: Modern Trends, Challenges, and Technologies» was held for the leaders and educators of educational institutions in Odessa.
This event was organized as part of a collaboration agreement between the Odessa City Council Executive Committee and the State University of Intelligent Technologies and Communications.
During the event, the following important topics were discussed:
- creating safe educational environments through digital technologies;
- collaboration with stakeholders as a key to successful educational reform;
- computer engineering and information systems, safe internet usage;
- analysis of IT company Jooble's search traffic, artificial intelligence in education: opportunities and challenges;
- cyberpsychology: challenges for the educational sector.
At the end of the event, participants received certificates.

Safer Internet Day was celebrated on February 11 this year. The main goal of Safer Internet Day is to raise awareness among children and youth about the safe and responsible use of digital technologies.
