In Odesa, a range of events was held in honor of Defender's Day to engage students.
Students participated in various activities such as lessons of courage and memory titled “Dignity and Honor of Ukrainians”, presentations, round tables, film screenings, and exhibitions of children's drawings and creative works themed “I am a descendant of Cossacks”.
Additionally, young residents of Odesa took part in sports competitions “We are children of the Cossack lineage”, charity events “Thank You, Defenders of Ukraine”, workshops “Amulet for the Ukrainian Warrior”, patriotic flash mobs “In Unity, There Is Our Strength!”, and meetings with military personnel.
School libraries displayed thematic literature exhibitions.
These events aimed to promote national-patriotic education among children and youth, as well as to popularize the heroism of military exploits.
