Another medal for the athletes from Odesa!
The European Championship in Greco-Roman wrestling for U-20 concluded in the Italian city of Caorle.
Representing Odesa was Ivan Yankovsky, a student of the Odesa Wrestling Federation, the wrestling club "Greek," and the Odesa Regional School of Higher Sports Mastery "Olympian."
In a fierce battle for the bronze medal in the "130 kg" weight category, Ivan left no chances for his opponent from Austria, Leonard Jung. The athlete achieved a convincing victory with a score of 8:0, reaffirming the high level of training at the Odesa wrestling school.
