Due to the military aggression of the Russian Federation, the number of individuals with disabilities is increasing in Ukraine, particularly those with severe injuries (multiple limb amputations, spinal injuries, traumatic brain injuries).

These individuals require specialized rehabilitation aids.

The state guarantees access to modern prosthetics and rehabilitation tools that help restore lost functions, adapt to new conditions, and return to an active social life.

All information regarding the prosthetics program can be found on the online platform protez.msp.gov.ua, launched by the Ministry of Social Policy and the Fund for Social Protection of Persons with Disabilities.

Within this program, individuals can receive prosthetics or other rehabilitation aids for free, as well as repair and maintenance services. Support is provided at all stages—from application submission to product receipt.

Free provision of rehabilitation aids for individuals with disabilities is managed through the Fund for Social Protection. The Ministry of Social Policy continually improves the program to make the process as simple and accessible as possible for individuals.
