The teams of "Ukrzaliznytsia", along with partners and leading experts, are tirelessly working on restoring online services.

This was reported by the press service of UZ.

"In a secure environment, backup infrastructure has been deployed, all components have been prepared for the restart of critical systems from backups, and thorough diagnostics of backups is underway to identify any potentially harmful elements. Complex connections between various systems are being restored," the message states.

UZ noted that ticket offices at all stations are operating in an enhanced mode with extended hours. For instance, in Kyiv, 18 ticket offices opened on March 24 instead of the usual 8. All trains continue to operate on schedule.

Reminder:

The online systems of "Ukrzaliznytsia" were subjected to a large-scale targeted cyber attack on March 23 and the recovery of all systems lasted throughout the past day and is still ongoing.

The key ticket sales system of "Ukrzaliznytsia", which serves all ticket offices, withstood the attack and maintained its operability.
