Alexander Hudyma — silver medalist of the youth Mountain Bike World Cup!

The Ukrainian cyclist finished second in the short track cross-country category for athletes under 23 at the World Cup stage in Leogang (Austria).

Representing the Dutch team KMC Ridley MTB Racing Team, Alexander completed the race in 23 minutes and 46 seconds. He was just 5 seconds shy of gold, which went to Swiss racer Finn Troydler. The bronze medal was claimed by Paul Schell from Germany.

This marks Alexander's second medal at the World Cup, following his bronze three years ago in Brazil.
