The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) expressed its best wishes to boxer Oleksandr Usyk before his match against British fighter Daniel Dubois.
The message to Usyk was posted on the official SBU page on Facebook, accompanied by a joint photo of Usyk and SBU head Vasyl Maliuk.
"Today, the whole of Ukraine stands with you, Champion! Oleksandr, in the ring you are not just a fighter, but a symbol for all of Ukraine, which never backs down. Millions of hearts are fighting alongside you: those who defend our land, save the wounded, and work on the front lines."
"Show the world what Ukrainian spirit, discipline, skill, and precision are all about! We believe in you. Victory will be yours!", the post stated.
Reminder: the Usyk-Dubois fight will take place today, July 19, in London at Wembley. The champion is also hosting an online marathon of the most interesting events of the week leading up to this key bout of the year.
