An event called «Active Moms» took place in Odesa!
This gathering featured four teams of mothers united by their love for sports and healthy living.
Participating organizations included:
Charity Organization «Family»
Charity Organization «Caritas Odesa UGCC»
Public Organization «Odesa Regional Organization of the Physical Culture and Sports Society «Dynamo» of Ukraine
And mothers of participants from Special Olympics Ukraine.
Most participants are internally displaced women, yet they were united by the warmth and hospitality of Odesa.
The athletes exhibited remarkable team spirit, genuine emotions, and a positive vibe. Such events are not just about sports, but also about mental health support, community, and new opportunities for women.
All participants received gifts from the Public Organization «Julia Zlatina Foundation».
The organizers of the event included: The Regional Public Organization «Regional Center for Physical Health of the Population «Sport for All», The Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Odesa Regional State Administration, and the Public Organization «Odesa Regional Organization of the Physical Culture and Sports Society «Dynamo» of Ukraine.
