The AI chatbot ChatGPT from OpenAI has launched a new feature called «Learning Mode».
This announcement was made in the company’s blog.
«We are introducing «Learning Mode» in ChatGPT — a learning experience that guides you through tasks step by step, rather than just providing answers,» OpenAI stated.
The new mode is now available to registered users in ChatGPT Free, Plus, Pro, Team versions, with plans to roll it out in ChatGPT Edu in the coming weeks.
«Learning Mode» is designed to be «engaging» and «interactive,» helping students to learn more deeply rather than just solving problems,» the company added.
It is noted that the new mode operates based on specific system instructions developed in collaboration with educators and experts to promote deeper learning and encourage active participation in problem-solving.
Learning Mode is particularly beneficial for homework assistance, test preparation, and exploring new subjects.
OpenAI is also launching a new agent called ChatGPT Agent, capable of performing a wide range of computer tasks on behalf of users.
