At CES 2026, Razer introduced an updated version of its digital assistant, Project AVA, which was first revealed at CES 2025 as an AI coach for esports. It is now redefined as a comprehensive AI companion for various tasks.

Project AVA features a 5-inch animated holographic avatar with natural facial expressions, gaze tracking, and lip synchronization. Users can customize the avatar by choosing from Razer's iconic characters, professional esports athletes, and various personality types – from bold to calm and friendly.

The device operates on adaptive artificial intelligence that remembers user preferences, allowing for more personalized suggestions.

Equipped with an HD camera and long-range microphone for natural voice interactions, Project AVA's PC Vision Mode enables the companion to “see” the PC screen and provide real-time advice – from gaming strategies to productivity tips.

Razer envisions AVA not only as a gaming assistant but also as a daily digital companion for all aspects of modern life: from scheduling and wardrobe recommendations to dinner suggestions and assistance with brainstorming, data analysis, and creative problem-solving. The company emphasizes that AVA will be the “ultimate partner” in video games – from strategies to professional-level competitions.

Razer has already opened pre-orders for Project AVA, with shipping expected in the latter half of 2026.
