A fire incident occurred in Odessa, affecting a private home. As a result of the fire, a man was hospitalized in moderate condition. The information was provided by the emergency service press office.
The fire broke out yesterday, June 20, in the afternoon in the Peresyp district. On Sasha Khorechenka Street, a blaze ignited household items in a one-story residential building. Firefighters quickly extinguished the flames.
"As a result of the fire, a citizen (born in 1962) was hospitalized in moderate condition. The cause of the fire and the extent of damages are being investigated. The emergency service deployed 4 units of equipment and 21 firefighters," the statement said.
